QuaQua Meet

Yes! QuaQua meetings up to 1 hour and with max. 10 users are free. 

For a fully interactive (many to many) meeting, we can work with up to 150 attendees. For events with larger audiences, we also offer streaming services, which provide an ideal solution for less interactivity.

The number of possible languages on QuaQua is unlimited, so depending on the languages that have been made available during the meeting, you can simply select the channel you want to listen to in your preferred language.

As the chairperson, meeting manager or support operator, you have the option to mute participants to keep the meeting structured and organised. This means that you can turn anyone’s microphone on or off.

Yes, audio recording is integrated into our booking tool.

Aside from the multilingual aspect, a QuaQua Meeting Room uses a refined microphone and meeting management tool. Participants can take the floor when they want to or you can set up a speakers queue. 

We’ve added meeting roles like a chairperson, who manages the meeting settings and microphones.

QuaQua offers two options for inviting participants to your meeting:

W hen you select an open access meeting, you can invite your participants by sending them the link to the meeting room.

If you want to be sure that only invited people can enter the meeting room, you can choose a closed meeting . Every participant’s email address will be added to the meeting room upfront. 

If you want to secure your meeting even more, we also offer the possibility to add a pin code lock to your meeting room.

Yes, definitely! The voting tool can be used in any meeting . This allows participants to vote during the meeting.

As a meeting organizer you can upload different voting items and even add or edit topics during the meeting. The participants can vote ‘yes’, ‘no’ or withstand their vote.

Voting is included as standard in QuaQua without any extra costs and are available in QuaQua Booking.

Sure, in QuaQua Meet you can use the agenda tool to set up your agenda items to keep a clear communication overview. That way, you always know what will be discussed in the meeting and when! You can also integrate our Voting tool in the Agenda tool. 

The agenda tool is included as standard in QuaQua without any extra costs and are available in  QuaQua Booking . Or just add an agenda item on the fly during your meeting.​

QuaQua Connect

No. Like all our Solutions, QuaQua Connect is an in-browser application. Simply open the link in your (mobile) browser, select your language and start listening.

QuaQua Connect allows participants to meet on any platform in the language of their choice. This solution provides real-time interpretation alongside any online meeting or event. Participants can easily access the interpretation with a unique Connect link that can be opened on any device.​

Yes, our QuaQua Connect links are completely mobile-friendly.

Of course!  QuaQua Connect  is the perfect solution to provide simultaneous interpretation to large crowds. All it takes is a smartphone, earphones, and two clicks.

The more meeting credits you pruchase, the more discount you will receive on QuaQua Booking.

Book  at any moment with our QuaQua booking tool. If you already have a team of interpreters at your disposal, you can book your meeting until right before the meeting starts. If you require interpreters for your meeting, we advise you to book your meeting long enough in advance, so our Sales Team can organise everything as requested.

QuaQua Booking allows you to schedule your meetings easily at any time. You can plan and customise each meeting based on your needs. The timing can be changed up until half an hour before the start of the meeting. Most other meeting settings can be changed until the meeting actually starts or even during the meeting.

If your meeting is already scheduled and is canceled before it takes place, you will receive meeting credits that equal the value of your meeting in your QuaQua Booking account. You can simply use the credits later on when you want to schedule your next meeting.

Audio & video

The video and audio quality in QuaQua Meet is excellent. QuaQua originated from a history of more than 25 years of experience as a conference technology service provider. The result is a high-quality standard to guarantee smooth and user-friendly interaction between all participants.

A headset is not required but highly recommended. We advise using a USB headset with a built-in microphone to guarantee top-quality audio.

A professional microphone is not required. To ensure high-quality audio, we recommend using a USB headset with a built-in microphone or a separate microphone.

A webcam is required to enter a QuaQua meeting, but you can always choose to turn off your camera during the meeting. We advise the active speakers to turn on their camera when speaking to ensure that interpreters can provide the most accurate interpretation.​

Interpretation

QuaQua allows all participants to meet in their own language. The number of possible languages on QuaQua is unlimited, so depending on the languages that are available during the meeting, you can simply select the channel you want to listen in your preferred language.

QuaQua can be used with your own interpreters. You can add your interpreters when booking a meeting with our online  booking tool  or we will make sure they are added to the meeting in the right languages.

We work with a network of agents and partners. If clients request an interpreter for their meeting, we can bring them in contact with our network to help provide interpreters in the requested language.

Yes, interpreters are perfectly able to work from home on QuaQua. Our meeting platform was developed in close consultation with experienced interpreters to create the most user-friendly solution and ensure that interpreters can do their job as efficiently as on-site.

Security & privacy

QuaQua runs directly in the Google Chrome browser, so no need to install any software on your computer.

QuaQua offers a safe meeting environment through secured communication and servers. We make sure that your data is carefully protected at all times. Sensitive customer information is always private and secure. 

We have no influence on the computer or the data of participants. Access to camera and microphone is granted by
giving permission in the browser.

QuaQua is a real time many-to-many meeting platform (SAAS). There is no buffering or storage of the content of the meeting. All communication is secured using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and media streams are encrypted using DTLS-SRTP.

Only the day and time of the meetings and the e-mail addresses of the participants are stored, in order to identify
them for log-in and to give them access to the meeting.
